‘AHS: 1984’ Is Headed To San Diego Comic Con

As per new tradition, the cast of American Horror Story will not be sitting a panel for the upcoming season at San Diego Comic Con, however, a 1984 themed interactive experience will be open for the public that is set to offer hints on the ninth season.

FX Networks announced last night that “American Horror Story: 1984 – Face the Darkness” is headed to San Diego Comic Con from Thursday July 17 – Sunday July 20 this year.

American Horror Story: 1984 – Face the Darkness‘ has been described as ‘an immersive excursion featuring classic tropes of slasher horror, augmented by night vision goggles to turn up the terror’.

This isn’t the first time that AHS has had it’s own attraction at SDCC, last year fans were given access to a special exhibit that held clues to the then upcoming Apocalypse, as well as an attraction that offered hints at what Cult had in store set up the year before.

American Horror Story: 1984 is set to premiere 9/18 on FX.
