Although not the most trustworthy source since it can be edited by anyone, IMDB has actress Alhan Bilal down as set to appear in the upcoming 9th season of American Horror Story, 1984.
This would not be Bilal’s first AHS appearance, as she appeared as an assistant who went at odd’s with Wilhemina Venable in episode 8 of Apocalypse last year.
IMDB isn’t often regarded as a trustworthy source, however, back in 2016 a stunt actress was listed on IMDB as “Taissa Farmiga’s Stunt Double”, before Farmiga was revealed to be appearing in the season in an interview with Ryan Murphy. The stunt double did end up doubling for Farmiga in some of the more physical scenes that took place in Episode 9 of Season 6.
So while taking this with a grain of salt, we have to consdier the fact that information originating from IMDB can often, and has in the past, been correct.
It wouldn’t be surprising since 1984 will likely be looking for more younger actors since the season is likely set at a Summer Camp, in the same vein of 80’s slasher classics which have been confirmed to inspire the upcoming instalment.
If true, Bilal would join Emma Roberts, Sarah Paulson and fellow newcomer Gus Kenworthy this season, amongst various other rumored unannounced AHS returnees such as Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cody Fern, Darren Criss and Finn Wittrock.
American Horror Story: 1984 is set to air on FX on the 18th of September.
